mediavisionary.net is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. This page describes the information that does reach us, and the third-party services the site loads.

Information you give us
The only place this site asks for information is the inquiry form on the contact page. It asks for your first and last name, email address, organization name, organization type, a description of the situation you want help with, and your timeline.
The form is handled by Formspree, which receives what you submit and forwards it to us by email. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and keeps a copy in our account there; it has its own privacy policy.
Those details are used to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. They are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.
You do not have to use the form. You can email hello@mediavisionary.com directly instead.
Information collected automatically
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, session-recording, or fingerprinting scripts. Nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs for requests it serves. Those logs are generated by the hosting platform rather than by anything we have added to these pages.
Third-party services these pages load
Loading a page causes your browser to make requests to the services below. Each of them can see your IP address and browser details as a result, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — every page loads typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
- Vimeo — the AT&T, PepsiCo / Frito-Lay and TruGreen case studies embed a Vimeo player. Vimeo may set its own cookies when a video is embedded or played.
- Netlify — the BNSF case study embeds an interactive prototype hosted at quantum-terminal.netlify.app.
- Formspree — contacted only when you submit the inquiry form, not on page load.
We do not receive analytics, audience data, or reporting from any of these services.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this site's behavior changes — if analytics are added, or the inquiry form starts going somewhere new — this page will be updated and the date above will change.
